TERMS AND CONDITIONSConditions of stay at Villa10Booking at Villa 10 Bookings can be made via telephone, fax, e-mail or in person. Rates All accommodation rates quoted include breakfast and taxes, unless specifically excluded. Payment Unless specifically agreed, a booking is confirmed only on reciept of payment of at least 50% of cost of accommodation. Payment can be made by direct internet deposit, or cash. Full payment is required before or on arrival. Arrival and Departure times Under normal circumstances, rooms are available for occupancy from 14h00. Arrivals after 19h00 by arrangement only. Rooms to be vacated before 11h00 on day of departure. Children Well-behaved children under parental supervision are welcome. Children under 5 which share a room with their parents stay for free. Our normal rates apply for all others. Pets Pets are not allowed. Smoking This is a non smoking establishment as per local legal requirements. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Indemnity The management shall not be liable for, and the Guest waives/abandons any claims of whatever nature including but not limited to that for theft, injury, loss or damage against the management, whether arising form the management's default, negligence or otherwise. Right of admission Right of admission is reserved. Cancelation Should a confirmed booking be cancelled • within 7 days from period of stay, the total cost of stay will be payable • longer than 7 days from period of stay, 50% of cost of stay will be payable • longer than 30 days from period of stay, 20% of cost of stay will be payable If you have paid us more than the cancellation fee, the balance will be refunded to you.
